- All orders are typically processed within 5–10 working days following receipt of full payment.
- Once dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation, including tracking information if applicable.

- Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout prior to completing your purchase.
Estimated Delivery Times
- After dispatch, delivery within the UK typically takes 2 working days (48 hours), depending on your location and selected shipping method.
- All delivery timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed, as occasional delays may occur due to postal service disruptions or unforeseen circumstances.

- We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

Delivery Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your full name and complete delivery address, including postcode, are entered accurately at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delayed or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate address information provided at the time of order.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at contact us
- Include your full name, delivery address, and at least two clear photographs showing the condition of the item(s)
We assess each case individually and aim to offer a satisfactory resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or store credit, depending on the nature of the issue.
Courier Liability Disclaimer
While we take every care to ensure your order is packed securely and dispatched promptly, Magic by Post is not liable for delays, loss, or damage that occur once your parcel has been handed over to the courier.
- Delivery times provided are estimates only and may be affected by external factors beyond our control (e.g. postal strikes, weather disruptions, or courier delays).
- We are not responsible for parcels lost, delayed, or damaged in transit, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- If your parcel is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the courier directly to initiate a claim.
- We will assist with courier investigations where possible, but final liability rests with the delivery provider once the parcel leaves our premises.
